I’ve experienced deepest grief and trauma, I’ve been stuck in my head and my “doer“ used to run 100% of my life. I’ve journeyed through healing, deep studies, sensual and sacred sexual awakening and embodiment.
I live what I teach and I grow and transform every single day. My worldview is highly influenced by Tantra in the sense that I believe that liberation springs from wisdom, which is innate. I believe that living the extraordinary in the ordinary is where the magic happens.
